1. What types of luggage do you offer for rent?
We rent out suitcases, trolleys, duffel bags, backpacks, and travel sets—wide variety in sizes and styles to suit your trip.
2. How far in advance should I book my luggage?
We recommend booking at least 2 business days ahead of your travel date. For last-minute needs, contact us — we may be able to help.
3. How much does it cost to deliver and pick up the luggage?
Delivery and pickup are included in the rental price (in your city/area). Any additional charges (if applicable for remote zones) will be specified during booking.
4. Do I need to pay a deposit?
No deposit or security amount is required. You just pay for the rental days. If there is damage beyond normal wear, additional charges may apply.
5. What happens if the luggage is damaged?
Minor scratches or wear are fine and won’t cost extra. For serious damage (breaking handles, wheels, etc.), we’ll review and may charge based on the extent of damage.
6. What if the luggage is lost (e.g., by airline)?
If your luggage is lost due to airline or transport fault, you must file a claim with them (e.g. baggage irregularity report). Provide us with those documents, and we’ll coordinate to settle the value of the bag and refund/settle accordingly.
7. Can I cancel a booking I’ve already paid for?
Yes — as long as the luggage hasn’t been dispatched yet, you can cancel. Inform us as soon as possible. We’ll refund you (minus any processing fees) within a specified timeframe (e.g. 7–15 days).
8. Can I return the luggage to a different location than I picked it up from?
Yes! You can return the luggage to a different drop-off point in our network. Choose the return location when booking or notify us in advance.
9. Are the luggage items new?
All luggage is high quality and well maintained. We regularly retire items that show heavy wear. You’ll receive luggage in good, clean condition.
10. How do I get return/shipping labels?
We send electronic shipping/return labels (PDF) via email before your dispatch date. Simply print and attach. In some cases, we can assist with physical labels.
